Materials
Rattan, steam bent reclaimed and FSC plywood, poplar and walnut. Single strand sculpture can be hung from a hook and is tethered to floor by walnut base. Finished with a non-toxic, food surface safe, beeswax/linseed oil blend.
 
About
Inspired by the kelp forest. The 'kelp blades' were bent using steam to mimic the gentle sway of the ocean.
