"Glimmers draws inspiration from the experience of diving deeper and seeing through the forest canopy. What began as a realistic painting gradually led me to loosen control and embrace uncertainty. At times, I taped a meter stick to my brush and made marks without looking, letting intuition guide the process. This surrender opened a new portal in the work, allowing the glimmers of color to emerge in a flowing procession."
