Ojai Oaks – Libbey Park was created under the oaks during the Ojai Music Festival weekend. Painted en plein air—on location in Libbey Park, in the heart of downtown Ojai—the piece began with intuitive mark-making as I gazed upward, captivated by the morning glow of sunlight filtering through the trees.
