On a road trip back to Ojai we reached the stunning landscapes of the west. This small painting was inspired by views of Vasquez Rocks from the highway. Upon further research of these unique rock formations, I found out this area has been filmed in many hit movies and television shows, including one of my favorites, Star Trek.
