This miniature oil painting, "Au Fond," means literally "at the bottom," or "in essence." Dreamscapes come from energy, intuitive markmaking, allowing the vision to reveal itself. With this little 5 x 5" painting, I felt a wave curving over, but I also felt at peace on the ocean floor with a kelp forest barely visible.
